Is "string cheese" CORE or FF Cream Cheese or FF Cool Whip? I can't find anything in the literature on any of these, so I would appreciate if you can help me. Thanks

Unfortunately, none of these are core! Only regular FF cheese. But they are all low in points, so you can enjoy them with your weekly point allowance.

I believe soy cheese is also considered to be core! (is there such a thing as 'soy string cheese'? )
