Fridays Feast Menu

  • B. Oatmeal made with soymilk & splenda & sliced banana
    L. Egg salad made with ff mayonaise and lentil soup
    S. Fruit
    D. BBQ Steak with roasted potatoes(healthy oil), garden salad & broccoli.
    S. More fruit
    Water at least 8 glasses
    exercise- hopefully watp dvd
  • WW smoothie made with skima nd a banana

    spinach , hard boiled egg, ff cheese, onion , tomato and ff dressing

    popcorn
    strawberries dipped ff yogurt

    baked chicken with yellow squash & galic and lemon
    brown rice

    grapes
    green tea
    water water water !!!
  • Bf - grapenuts, milk, yougurt
    lunch - lo chicken, veggies, yougurt
    snack - apple
    dinner -- turkey, brown rice and a veggie.

  • B:Cream of wheat with splenda/skim,coffee 1pt

    S:1/2 ww smoothie(found this extremely sweet and had to add another cup of skim,drank 1/2

    L: egg white with mushrooms,english muffin multigrain light (1pt),reduced fat cheese string 2pts
    S: Some leftover WW smoothie-still really sweet added another cup of skim
    D:Not really sure Fridays are usually fend for yourself night,except for the kids of course lol might have some leftover pork tenderloin with some veggie or a veggie burger-no bun w/ veggies

    on my 46oz of water and earned 4APs which I ate above so I evened out.
