S:1/2 ww smoothie(found this extremely sweet and had to add another cup of skim,drank 1/2
L: egg white with mushrooms,english muffin multigrain light (1pt),reduced fat cheese string 2pts
S: Some leftover WW smoothie-still really sweet added another cup of skim
D:Not really sure Fridays are usually fend for yourself night,except for the kids of course lol might have some leftover pork tenderloin with some veggie or a veggie burger-no bun w/ veggies
on my 46oz of water and earned 4APs which I ate above so I evened out.
