Default Seasons diet

Today I thought it's weird that no diet guru had yet published a "season's diet". It's amazing how much my diet is controlled by the weather!!

When it's cold and rainy it's like all my motivation and will dissolved in the rain. I can eat like a mad cow with no reason just because the weather is bad.

And when I wake up to a sunny springy day, I'm stuffed with motivation and I can pass meals.

And when it's coming to exercise it's even worse. You'll need a bulldozer to make me exercise on a winter day. Brrr.

So you see. We're no better than an average mink. (Except they have no weight problems).

Well at least spring is coming. Hope he won't fail

I know exactly what you mean. It's snowing right now (I'm in VT) and we're supposed to have weather in the 30s/40s for weeks. I'm so frustrated and all I want to do is take a walk outside and it's miserable out!! I agree a seasons diet would be a good one, it's kind of like a macrobiotic way of eating (eat with the seasons, more fruit and salads in the summer, etc)
