Well looks like I better get even more luggage to fit all my SKINNY chickie friends inside and take them along for the ride!

Kathy - great results - I too shall post from yesterday (as last night's dinner is still hanging around!)

Starting weight: 212
Week one: 210
Week two: 210
Week three: 209

Wow such hard work and not that much progress? I am feeling a big defeated - need to regroup. I definitely need to start using the treadmill again - but this cold (and now cough) have paralyzed me a bit - I guess I should not let this stand in my way!

I think I'm going to have to take the scale to the kitchen on Wednesday night, just to be on the safe side.

I think you're doing fine, Frouf! Losing three pounds in three weeks is nice and slow, very healthy and MUCH better than gaining three, wouldn't you agree?

Here's my start for the week's challenge (I like the lifeboat drill, by the way!)

Week one: 141
Week two: 138
Week three: 137
Week four: ???

frouf, i think you're doing great, too.

kathy and rhonda, so are you. kathy, you're right. this should be slow and steady.

i will wi each week and post on my tracker even though i'm "maintaining." (i am very frightened that i will gain and not maintain so i need to be accountable to you.) i did wi this am and changed my tracker, so i'm a-okay so far.

Every one is doing such a great Job!

This week I "got rid off" -3.2 for a total of 9lbs for the challenge!

Starting weight 260
Current weight 251(yikes still a long journey)

Kathy you must be very proud you are so close to goal, must be an amazing feeling!

Totally worth it! And you know what else? I haven't missed it ... actually haven't even thought about it. There's no urge to stop in the morning for my coke, and we don't keep the other in the house anymore so it's not even within reach. I've gone to the grocery store and just walked right by both. I'm somewhat surprised, but very happy about it!

Melissa, that OFTEN happened to me the week after I had a big loss. Your body is just adjusting. I went on to lose 45 pounds. Remember what Jim tells me....it's a marathon, not a sprint!
