basically we are a group of women from diverse backgrounds and age groups that have similar interests.

We talk about cooking, books, movies, music, tattoos, cabana boys, life in general and of course dieting and exercise We tend to share a fun and slightly warped sense of humour. There is a lot of fun, support and friendship to be had on this forum
