...and I thought I wasn't a dessert person!!! (By the way, I can't remember which thread this SHOULD be on, but I loved the band's website!! I think it is great that they have a forum to talk with fans too.)

Okay, did very well with my first mini step. THIS week I will continue to NOT eat after 7:30 pm, AND I will do better about taking care of my teeth. (Once again, sorry to disgust those of you who don't deal with depression, but that is the first thing that goes down the drain when I am having a rough time.)

Den, I just love you. I haven't brushed my teeth for two days. Now that the weather is warming up and I can get outside, I'll hopefully not be QUITE so inclined to slit my throat. So maybe I'll brush my teeth today, too.

Okay, I brushed my teeth, but I ALSO ate after 7:30. What is this? Like I can only take care of myself if I am also abusing myself?!?!?
