Okay, I'll join in too

My 3 minis this week will be to try to drink more water, try to remember to take my vitamins daily, and to not eat muffins in the morning.

I have gotten in to the habit of rushing to work without eating breakfast and just grabbing a muffin on the way in. I know that the ones I am eating are not low-fat and are loaded with sugar so no more muffins!

Really didn't do well with the no eating after 8 thing last night. I had about 2/3 of a bag of popcorn. Then at 2:30am, I woke up and ate 2 cookies. This morning I ate the remaining popcorn for breakfast because I didn't have time to make something else. Now I feel really sick.

Eating....yes can you beieve it?! I need to make a Mini to make myself eat. I have no appetite. I have almost missed breakfast 3 days in a row and the only reason I remember to get lunch, is because I feed my Hub then. It's so wierd.

However I woudn't mind getting into this banana pudding...but see my CRAVING wants it but my mouth says no. make sense>???

Ok, hey .. Rubens, I know how to get over that now. I finally figured it out. Start weight lifting again. Well, it worked for me.

Great advise Raven......Now I have to find the time to dedicate to it. It's been unrealistic and every day has been like this for 2 months. By the time we get to the Y it is packed and i have to wait forever to get on a machine, and forget the dead weights...the buff dudes have those. wait till i lose a few more pounds, they will have a serious challenge on their hands

*points to her sig line*

If you don't make it a priority....

Sorry, couldn't resist. That's one of the reasons I will not bother with the gym, that's why I just coughed up the bucks and bought a starter set for home. Finally I have a place to put all this stuff. I'm turning the garage into my own gym.

Raven/Rubens ~ I wish I could use the excuse of the Y is too crowded... I have had a gym set up in my Garage for almost the last year, and still have only recently (last week) started using it again since last summer it didn't matter that it wasn't only a few steps away I still couldn't find the time.

I guess I don't have the time either, really. But I do it anyway. My BF and I were talking last night about that, how hard it is to squeeze in the extra things I'm doing. Sometimes it's frustrating. Thank goodness my BF and my kids are pretty supportive - though even they get a little stinky about the fact that I'm not spending as much time with them or doing for them that I used to. Whattya do?

Angry Ok...

After a week of dehydration in Mexico (the water was crappy, too much alcohol and salt...), my goal will be to drink 64 ounces of water everyday!

Mauvais-OOG!!! Those flavors sound INCREDIBLE!!!!! I am now officially craving Tiramisu flavored gelato (AND pistachio and bourbon vanilla!!!)

I've been doing well with my mini goal. I am still eating some bad things, but I have stuck to my no food after 7:30 goal. Need to decide what to add this Thursday...
