Default Yay ! I Exercised today! November 2007

Hello everyone!

I thought I would resurrect this thread as it helped keep me exercising on a daily basis.

Today I walked for about 1 hour.

Sorry - this is the exercise thread - I meant to say that I wanted to resurrect the theme of the thread.

We used to do a Yay! I exercised today! thread each month to post our daily exercise no matter how big or small it was (parking the car at the back of the mall lot and walking, taking stairs at work etc. count too! )

Today I walked for about 40 minutes at lunch time.

Ollie-

Does walking around a craft show for 2 1/2 hours count as exercise?
