I just realized that I didn't post yesterday's eating. I went pretty high on my calories but I stayed the same in weight. I definitely do not eat on plan but remember I am seeking a diet I can tolerate, eat reasonably healthy and still lose weight even if very slow. It's a big task but I have to try...

Breakfast 1759 calories net calories (minus burn)
Fat Stripin' Frappa

Lunch
Leftover Tilapia..about an oz.
Lg Salad - no dressing
Frappa 1/2 serv

Afternoon Snack
a prune
4 pc chocolate
peanuts

Dinner
prunes - 8
macaroni and cheese
sauteed green beans in a little coconut oil

Evening Snack
Sunflower seeds
frappa -1/2 serv

Karen3 - I delete my kindle books as soon as I finish reading, but I'm always adding more! The only negative thing I have noticed is that it is much slower when it comes to searching. I get my Kindle books from amazon and if you do you have an account there with all your books, so if your Kindle got too sluggish, I suppose you could just delete some books and then download them again later when it has more space available. Just don't want to wait until it is too sluggish to even delete! My Kindle is the original so is probably not as good as the newer versions. It is suppose to be capable of accessing your email but I have always found it way too slow for that even when it was new.

Good evening GG's,

Won't have time in the morning ~ so will wish it to you tonight. Happy Mother's day tomorrow everyone ~ hope you have a wonderful day.

Darn ~ wanted to put a nice picture to go along with it, but the one I chose needed to be resized and it is almost bedtime, so don't have time to do that or find a different one.

Wishing everyone a happy Mother's Day! Lynn, so sorry to hear about your sister. I pray that you get there in time, but be safe traveling.

I was surprised that I didn't gain today because I REALLY went off plan last night!..but I actually dropped .4#. Amazing as I ate several pieces of cake, they were smallish pcs but that's still a lot of calories so of course my calories for the day were way high.
Our son came over last night and had dinner with us. It was so nice just to be able to relax and spend several hours with him. For so many years in the past we never had that opportunity. Since the weather was so nice we ate on the patio and spent almost the whole time outside showing him everything dh has done with the yard.

Our dd is joining us for dinner today. Not sure where we will go.
So here's what I ate yesterday: estimated calories at about 2115!
Breakfast
Chocolate Frappa

Morning Snack/lunch
Strawberries
Left over mac and cheese - abt 1/2 cup

Lunch/snack
peaches
cheese
Sunflower Seeds

Dinner
Top Sirloin Steak - abt 2-3 oz
Red potato and sweet potato cooked together and a bit of olive oil drizzled over
Broccoli
Lemon cake - I think I ate about 5 pcs!! Bought it for my son and I think he only ate one pc, dh ate two pcs I think, send one pc home for son's gf and I had the rest! It was so good and I just kept going back to it. This is why I can't have this stuff in the house!

Evening Snack
Frappa - 1/2 serv
Peanuts - less than an ounce

Good Morning, All...

Lynn - good thoughts for your sister. Please keep us posted!

Had a lovely and relaxing weekend. Did some domestic drudgery, did some cooking (and freezing), watched a couple of movies... enjoyed, enjoyed.

Spring seems to have arrived. It's beautiful.

Nothing to report... all is status quo. Back to the grind on the morrow...

Everyone, hope your day is a good one!

Good morning ladies,
Jogging done! Added an extra 10 minutes for the mothers day supper dh cooked for us last night. I didn't escape the birthday without cake. Yes mil made my favorite. Pineapple cake with cream chees icing. She brought it over last night for our supper. But I ate only 1 piece and by the hardest I didn't save a piece for this morning like I wanted to. I sent it all with family members. Yay!
We went to a wedding Saturday afternoon. It was simple and beautiful. The dh and I went to the camp for the night. We had to change out an air conditioner that was rattling so bad we couldnt sleep.

Donna I'm glad you are feeling better.

Karen31 thank you for the birthday wishes. Did I ever enjoy the cake. Just like you told me to do.

Bobbi thank you for the sweet birthday wish. Did you get to enjoy your mothers day with a day off?

Gayle thanks I did have an awesome day.

Mary thanks I did enjoy the cake but after I wished I hadn't. Dh suggested I jog extra and I did just that.

Lynn thanks I had a really good day. Have a save trip traveling home. Sorry about your ds. I will say a prayer for her and your family.

Donna thanks for the birthday wish.

Tuscany thanks for the birthday wish.

Rosy thanks for the birthday wish. Your mothers day sounded like so much fun.

Karenfl absolutely 29 and holding. I would take 39 and holding too.

I forgot to tell y'all Friday night some friends wanted to take dh and I out to the casino. When we got there they were playing the machines. I'm not a gambler. I'd rather use my money to go camping fishing or hunting rather than put it in a machine. We did play a little. I think total between dh and I we played with 20$. Mostly I watched the friend play. This blowed my mind. I saw her put numerous 20$ bills in the machine. She also put 8 100.00 bills in the machine and and won 200.00. She put the 200 won back in and lost that too. I think her total she played and lost that night was close to 1000.00 dollars. I was in shock. She kept pulling out 100 dollar bills from her purse. The husband won 200.00 and put it in his pocket. Smart man. We had a fun and very interesting night. Lol ( What I could have done with that 1000.00 dollars).

Have a good week friends

Hugs

I had a wonderful Mother's Day! Wanted to share it. We were ready for church, just waiting til time to leave when dh calls me to pin on a corsage. He gets me one most Mother's Days. Then he says, are you ready for another surprise, a big one? I jokingly said, did you buy me a car? He said, no it's even better. He takes me into the family room like we are going to the back door so I'm thinking, oh he must have gotten me a pretty plant. Then I look up, and there is my son and his gf, all ready to go to church with us! I was so surprised and so happy, I almost cried. They also gave me a tree but going to church with us was the greatest gift to me. After church we went out to eat and our dd and sil and the children met us there. I think I did pretty well at the restaurant. I don't care much for their dessert and didn't plan to get any but I did get one small pc cake.

We are about to go to the gym and then I have PT this afternoon.

Yesterdays' meals - abt 1587 calories
breakfast
fat stripin' frappa

lunch
ate out at Asian buffet - small portions of meat, veggies, one egg roll and sm pc cake, only other carbs were what was on the meat.

afternoon snack
peaches and cheese

dinner
pb mocha frappe

eve snack
4 pc candy
peanuts
fat stripin' frappa

My weight was down a little so I was pleased considering that I ate out.
