Thats never a fun title!
I'm back. Was about 145lbs and almost at my goal weight, until I had surgery 3 years ago and never really picked it back up. I truly thought that that the weight was off for good. I couldn't even imagine a life of inactivity. How quickly that changed.
My life is pretty much more or less the same as it was then, maybe even relatively better actually yet I still feel 100000x more depressed and worse than I did back then. Isn't it crazy how much our physical lifestyle can alter our minds as well?
This site helped me keep motivation back then, so Im back, and hopefully will accomplish most of this goal before summer rolls around
