Hi Chicks

I just got back from a very busy day.Going to relax and try to finish my book"Taming the Wolf" by Susan Krinard, as it going to rain heavily all day tomorrow. Can't believe how cool is also for the month of July, those poor touirist that are down here are not going to happy .

In my earlier post I mentioned about the gov't web site saying that I should be eatting 1800 cal. I now believe its calories for maintaining, and then by taking off 500 cal to lose would make me at 1300.

Didn't get a change to read the post, but I hope everyone has a wonderful beachy weekend

Hugs BB

Glamourgirl: I think your eating way too much sodium, that is a weightloss killer for me! Those sausages alone can have more than a days worth and restaurant food, even otherwise healthy stuff, is loaded with salt so are the nuts probably. I also read somewhere that saturated fat can have a negative effect on bloodsugar metabolism. Since SB is all about acheiving and maintaining proper blood sugar levels, its really important to watch the fat (other reasons too, of course).

I use Morton's Lite salt and have been for yeras now. It has half the sodium of regular salt. I still have bad bloating problems at that TOM but nowhere near what I used to. But BE CAREFUL!!! The rest of the sodium is replaced with potassium, good for fluid levels and your heart but if you have ANY medical condition that is sensitive to potassium levels check with your doctor first. But for me, it has been a godsend...1/2 the sodium and you can't even tell a difference.

Good Luck! Just stick with it. You may not lose weight for a while then all of a sudden it will fall off! CONSISTENCY!!!!
