June 1 - VACATION

June 3 - Ultimate Calorie Blaster (45 min)
June 4 - Supercharged Sculpting (30 min) & Jiggle Free Buns (34 min)
June 5 - REST

June 7 - Calorie Killer (43 min) & Jiggle Free Abs (25 min)
June 8 - Maximum Cardio Burn (55 min)
June 9 - Jiggle Free Arms (33 min) & Jiggle Free Abs (25 min)
June 10 - Calorie Killer (43 min)
June 11 - Walked (30 min)
June 12 - REST
June 13 - Total Muscle Shaping (45 min)
June 14 - Complete Body Shaping (50 min)
June 15 - Fat Blasting Cardio (33 min)
June 16 - Complete Aerobics & Weight Training (60 min)
June 17 - Total Sculpt + Abs (60 min)
June 18 - Advanced Cardio Blast (30 min)

June 28 - Complete Aerobics & Weight Training (60 min)
June 29 - NONE
June 30 -

Goal - 1000 minutes and at least 5 days a week
Current - 1107 minutes

Question New to site.

Hi everyone. I'm new to 3FC, and SBD. I joined SBD in April 2005. So far so good. I want to work on my exercising. Does cleaning count towards the minutes? I clean for a friend of mine. If not I'll get rid of the cleaning minutes and change my goal.

Goal for June: 2000
Minutes so far: 700

June 1 -
June 2 - 200 minutes of cleaning
June 3 - 200 minutes of cleaning
June 4 -
June 5 - 30 minutes on treadmill
June 6 - 200 minutes of cleaning
June 7 - 30 minutes on treadmill
June 8 -
June 9 - 40 minutes on treadmill
June 10 -
June 11 -
June 12 -
June 13 -
June 14 -
June 15 -

June 17 -
June 18 -

June 11 - 0 min

June 14 - 45 min swimming in the river...brrr- 60 min water aerobics=105 min
June 15 - 35 min treadmill-60 min weight(lower body)=95 min
June 16 - 0 min (I wasn't feeling well)
June 17 - 0 min (ditto)
June 18 - 2 hrs of yard work=120 min
June 19 - 0 min

WOW, all of you are awesome! I can't believe all the cardio and variety!
I've been keeping track of my activity in fitday... I'm passed my goal...
I walked 41 miles, 1178 minutes.... I need to start adding weight training or better aerobics... that will be a type of goal for me in July i think!
