Well, I really can't do any "formal" exercise because of this knee but I'll track my activity and maybe steps if I can get the pedometer to work properly! If the cortisone shot works, I'll be back to treadmilling at least ten minutes a day to strengthen the knee.

June 6 - overslept...no gym! :( June 7 - 2 hours of vacuming (no self propel on the vacuum), sweeping, mopping very dirty floors, and doing dishes. June 10 - 43 minutes of strength training June 11 - 2 1/2 hours of cleaning--vacuuming with a shop vac, lifting bunny cages, carrying light loads, etc. June 12 - None--short walk with dog (10 mins) June 13 - None. :( 6 hour drive, round trip, to meeting. Ok, I met last month's goal of 1000 minutes, so this month I want to push myself a little more. walk/ run/ strength train and pilates. Goal: to push myself to do pilates and weights at least 2 times a week.
