This thread is to track your exercise. I'll total up the results for May and post the Exercise Queen tomorrow so update your May results.

Goal: 1200 minutes
Time so far: 1750 minutes

June 1 - 50 min (walking)
June 2 - 40 min (animal shelter work for an hour but I'm counting it for 40 min)
June 3 - 80 min (elliptical, walking, weights, swimming)
June 4 - 270 min (walking/jogging, Powerflex class)

Well, I really can't do any "formal" exercise because of this knee but I'll track my activity and maybe steps if I can get the pedometer to work properly! If the cortisone shot works, I'll be back to treadmilling at least ten minutes a day to strengthen the knee.

Didn't quite reach my goal...oh, well, I guess I'll hand over my crown for this month, but y'all better watch out in JULY!!!

June 1 - 30 min treadmill-45 min weights(upper body) & ab work= 75 min
June 2 - 0 - I took a well deserved day off!
June 3 - 35 min treadmill-35 min weights(lower body) + 5 min abs= 75 min
June 4 - 0 min of organized exercise....but I did use the stairs as much as possible on my rounds.
June 5 - 0 again
June 6 - 30 min treadmill-45 min weights(upper body) & abs=75 min
June 7 - 15 min stretch-abs-60 min water aerobics=75 min
June 8 - 60 min swimming-30 min treadmill-45 min weights(lower body) & abs=135 min

June 1 - Ack...stayed up too late last night so didn't make it to the gym today. :(
June 2 - Class, no exercise.
June 3 - 38 mins strength training
June 4 - Not much! :o
June 5 -Graduation...not much exercise here either...
June 6 - overslept...no gym! :(
June 7 - 2 hours of vacuming (no self propel on the vacuum), sweeping, mopping very dirty floors, and doing dishes.
June 8 - 20 mins of walking the dog, including a block-long run
June 9 - None...
June 10 - 43 minutes of strength training
June 11 - 2 1/2 hours of cleaning--vacuuming with a shop vac, lifting bunny cages, carrying light loads, etc.
June 12 - None--short walk with dog (10 mins)
June 13 - None. :( 6 hour drive, round trip, to meeting.
June 14 - short walk with dog (10 mins)
June 15 - No gym...short walk with dog (10 mins)
June 16 - 1 hour of Jazzercise
June 17 - Brief walk with dog/DH...10 minutes
June 18 - 4.5 hours of intensive weeding, raking, carrying bags of weeds, etc.

Ok, I met last month's goal of 1000 minutes, so this month I want to push myself a little more. walk/ run/ strength train and pilates. Goal: to push myself to do pilates and weights at least 2 times a week.
