Good--thank you. =) My Internet time is super-limited these days, but I'll have time this weekend to find them, and probably a bunch of others I should try!

For desserts, I love the apple crisp, peanut butter cookies, and the flourless choc cake. Jello w/FF coolwhip is yummy, too.

I love sauteed veggies with turkey italian sausage, eggplant lasagna, and spaghetti squash.

I love eating at the beach!

That's a good one, Sunnybunny. You and I must have both been on the "Seefood" diet. You see it, you eat it.

Tan, lots and lots of recipes are in the recipe section. Here are a couple of links to get you started:

The World Famous PB Cup: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=40576

The Equally World Famous Taco Bake:
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=38592

The Turnips and Greens I mentioned:
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=53147

I got my cocoa recipe from the side of the Hershey's cocoa container. Instead of the sugar, I use SF syrups...different flavors make different combos. I use skim milk, and it's very decadent.

BTW, I forgot to mention Zucchini Patties! They are too die for!!! http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43604

Thanks, Laurie!!! I hadn't seen the zucchini patties, but I'm definitely going to try it. I miss zucchini muffins. I'm trying to refine a whole-wheat recipe for them.

Hi guys, I asked this elsewhere but in case no one sees it...do you know if during phase one I am allowed to use sugar/caffeine free spiced cider drink mix? says 15 calories, 0 fat, 4 carbs, 0 sugars??

My big downfall is not just sweets...but juice! I'm dying for something other than water and I don't drink tea or coffee!

I would try Crystal Light fruit flavors...I am not sure about that drink mix with 4 carbs.

I just wanted you to know that I went to Krogers today and got some Crystal Light myself. They now have one that tastes like orange juice...Cool!
