Hey, at least you did 30. Like you said...any amount of exercise is good! I did 30 minutes running/walking on the treadmill, and did weights for another 30 minutes. I wanted to do some crunches when I got back but I was EXHAUSTED! I drank 1 liter of water today too so, i'm pretty satisfied with how I did today. Good luck tomorrow!!
