Well here it is another day.......and today has been ok for the most part.
Got in from work at 730am....then helped the kids get dressed for the day so my sis could go ahead and go out and get her stuff set up for the yard sale. Then ate breakfast which was fried eggs with wheat toast. Probably should have fixed the eggs differently but I only had 2 small ones....and then I drank a glass of Orange juice with it. Stayed awake a little longer before crashing then woke up at 5 so I missed lunch completely....and was not hungry when I woke up. I did eat dinner though which was chicken helper,mashed potatoes and green beans w/bread/butter.
I only ate one plate with small sized portions and was full so I am doing better.

As for wrestling it is a dream....that will become real only if I work at it. My mom even has commented on how I "light up" when it comes to wrestling. Nothing has ever captivated me in the way that wrestling does.

G,day everyone hope your all well I,m fine a bit up on the cals today started off good but feeling bloated and yuk that TOM even though I have been desexed I still get a cycle just not the blah part so bad case of the munchies, but tomorrow is another day fresh with no mistakes in it , get back on track then and eat a few less cals to make up for today lots of fruit and vege, April we all are passionate about something and your passion is your wrestling which is obvious , when you write about it I can feel the energy and powerful vibes jump of the page, now put as much passion and energy into this wonderful journey we,re all on called weight loss and I know you will succeed hey with passionlike yous how could you fail well bye for now be good BLESSED BE JULIE

I would encourage anyone reading this thread to re-read a similair thread that happened a few months ago. I saved it because it by far the most inspiring thing I have ever read in my life. When I am feeling like that, I go back and read it again and again. Check it out here:

GOOD MORNING everyone hope your doing well April, thanks for the input SAM went there read it ,boy how many times have I felt those same things but to scared to put them in words,never again will I make stupid reasons for the way I am or why I,m eating the cake when I should be eating the apple I to will go back there for a read when I need a big wake up call thanks again , and thanks to all of you for just being there it does help so much bye for now BLESSED BE, JULIE

Thanks for the link Sam. Reading that was very inspiring and gave me a reality check which I feel I need. I am going to be re-reading that thread over and over again as I know it will help me out alot.

One thing I've started doing is thinking to myself this time next year I can still be sitting here gaining weight OR I can be at my goal weight and wrestling for a local Indy Fed. The choice is mine. SO when I think..."I'm too tired to exercise" or "one piece of cake won't hurt me" I think of where I want to be in a year. It helps me to make the right decision most of the time. Sometimes I do need an extra boost which is where the other thread will help.

I did good today....I got up and did some walking....only 2miles....but its better than nothing at all. Then this evening I did 15 min. on the exercise bike 2 different times....so in all I did 30 min. on the bike just not all at the same time. I ate good....and drank almost all the water I need for the day......I just need to drink 2 more glasses of water to have in my 8-8oz glasses/day.

Hi everyone good to see your great exercise effort April it does,nt matter if you break your routine down to 15mins of this or 10mins of that, I read a magazine here downunder called Australian Slimming and according to it it does,nt matter if you do it all in one go or break it down just as long as you get in at least 30mins a day keep up the good work bye for now JULIE

Thanks for the info Julie!! I was able to do 20 minutes one time on the bike and 15 minutes another time. I'm trying to work up to doing 30min twice a day....but for now I am satisfied with what I can do. Even just doing 15 min once is better than doing nothing at all.
I still have times when I am down but I am trying to stay postive and stay focused.
