L: chicken & soy cheese on salad with 6 almonds & emerils romano dress
S: hummus w/cut up veggies
D: chicken stir fry w/asparagus & almond ricotta treat
Tues.
B: egg beats w/ peppers, mush & soy ch, COFFEE!!!

S: celery w/laughing cow
L: Salad w/grilled chicken, cheese & blue cheese dressing (2 teaspoons only)
S: peppers w/hummus
D: salad w/grilled shrimp, parm peppercorn dressing, lite yogurt w/ cott ch
Wed.
B: 2 eggs over med W/ ham, coffee
S: lite yogurt w/cott cheese
L: spag squash topped with meat substitute, peppers, onions garlic & cott ch
S: stir fry cabbage w/garlic & olive oil & 12 almonds
D: vegetarian chili w/ 2 T sc & salsa & ricotta dessert
