Oh, VERY funny, Ruth and Sharon! "...get to the Y without your Mom." VERY funny.

Franny! You have a neighbour! That's great news!!

Have you noticed how popular SBD is getting?? I believe it is getting alot of good press here lately!! Alot of new chicks are landing on the beach!! How Fun!!!

Last night I planned some dinner meals and made a grocery list, really need to get to the store, but small child hates going and I hate taking him...it is just awful for us! Hubby coming home around 4ish, will head out then. I have some fish thawing and need some side dishes.....

I weigh every day too..really try not to, but can't help myself...as of this morning...down 10.8! I have never graphed my weight though..sounds interesting...

I have to run..I am still in pj's, I have been cleaning house all morning and I have car pool duty today!!!

Talk to ya'll later!!!

Hi again, everyone!

I went to the grocery store yesterday and ChazMom is right! All of a sudden there are lots of new low carb products -- bread, ice cream, and other stuff -- and some of the old standbys have a sign: "LO CARB"

So I think that SBD may be just the thing that changes fast food and restaurants, lol!

I think when people begin to buy the new products, companies like Frito's or Ben & Jerry's or whatever will have to start making new SBD friendly food that the customers will begin buying up!

I think it's great, can't wait to get into Phase II or beyond so I can try out the low carb whole grain breads!

Ooooh... wouldn't it be too sweet if someone would make low-carb/no-carb chips.

Ellis - RTFM!
Read the frassin' manual!
Sheesh! You can't get good help these days.
Wondering what Deets said. It could have been very profound!

Sharon, darling, I'm so very sorry. I can't find it ANYWHERE! I've looked and looked. It just disappeared off the face of the forum.
I DO know what I'm doing now (I think), so it shouldn't happen again.
If it's any consolation, it was a very short post. I can't remember what it said. I'm sure it was very interesting.

(Ruth, I don't like reading manuals. It's very interesting that it's there, but I prefer to experiment. BTW, what does RTFM stand for? On the other hand, maybe I don't want to know...)

I still haven't read everyones posts!! so sorry..I will later..just thought I would yack a bit...

A little off SBD, but my son 7, almost 8, just came in here to tell me he needs to do his homework...He was naked??? Why??? Every night when he gets out of the tub, he runs around naked..I don't think he even notices it??? I am constantly telling him to go and put on his underwear, and then he walks around holding them...still naked!!! I have 3 men in this house, including a male dog....I am tired of seeing penises!!! Sorry about the rant...I am done now...Hey Ruth!!! Has anyone done the Penis Monologues!!!

Just finished dinner..man was it good!! Did my dinner meal plans last night and went to the grocery this afternoon and got it all bought. I am making the Chicken Lentil soup tomorrow night, it sounded really good, and the stuffed chicken, broccoli cheese custard, cauliflower popcorn, and whatever else ....I bought plenty of good stuff!!

You know how they say in order to eat healthy only shop on the outside of the grocery store, because that is where all the good stuff is...I noticed I only went down 2 isles...one for spices, and the other for dog bones. I guess they were right!

I have to go, he managed to get his undies on, so now I have to go do homework...

later

Ruth, I'm certain that what Ellis eliminated from my posting today could never be quite this profound! I forgive you sweetie, Ellis, and promise to return with more profound thoughts tomorrow! Bet you can't wait!!!!
Hugs,
Sharon
