What are your fitness/health goals? To maintain healthy eating and feeling better about myself.
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? At a dance competition I got shaky and dizzy and had to ask for help. Scared me to death!
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Right now, how slow the weight is coming off.
