What are your fitness/health goals? Just to get to my goal weight
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? Im close to getting diabetes
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Honestly nothing anymore, At first I struggled with my portions and not wanting to walk but now those arent a problem for me anymore
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Same as above
