Michelle ~ Yeah Im sure it is gonna be eye opening. I'll be sure to monitor the calories & fats. Thankfully I dont have problems with my blood sugar, Im sorry you do,Thats a bummer. Nope I dont have a smart phone, Just a track phone and I only got it to keep in contact with my mom when I was out of town but now that I dont go out of town I dont use it anymore.
