Have you read the whole phase 3 breakfast thread? So many helpful recipes in it, I didn't need to do much "figuring" except to change out some of the gluten containing items for a gluten-free alternative.
I started making my own yogurt when I started p3. So easy, less $$, and I control what's in it.
