lately I've been weighing and recording everyday and its been really helpful. Right now I'm sitting at 143 and at this point in my weight loss I would be thrilled to lose 3lbs in a month!

6: 143.8(TOM ENDING) Whew! TOM is almost over, think today's the last day
7: 143.8-still weird TOM symptoms. Strange month. But glad the bloat is gone!

8:NWI-At my bf's in LA. Still ate mostly on plan yesterday and doing well today, TOM finally totally done
9:NWI-Eating was a little worse :/ Had major cravings, but still for a weekend did really well.

12: 144.2-sigh I know its the weekend water weight but still I really would love to see 142 this friday!
13: 143.8-well finally going in the right direction. Would be awesome to have a lower weigh in tomorrow though!

19: 147-Had a huge concert and celebrated. That plus V-day weekend madness is what's going on. Back on track today though! My challenge to myself is to be on plan for the rest of the month!
20: 145.8-back on track yesterday. Know I'm going to have a gain for the week, but I know staying on plan for the next 8 days will give me new lows next week!

23: 147.0-WTF!? You would think I've been bad but this is seriously the best I have EVER been on plan during a weekend. Grrr. Must be sodium but still, this is really starting to annoy me >

I was sooo good! yesterday I ate maintenance but that's the biggest "mess up" I've had! Sigh. If it hasn't dropped by Friday I'm going to lower calories.
25: 148.0-Honestly, have no freakin idea what's going on. Eating on plan. Truly depressed now.
26: 146.0-Lowered cals and upped exercise. Man, I hope it drops by Friday….
27: 144.4-freakin stupid. Sigh sure weight will do something crazy and jump to 150 or something crazy tomorrow for my last weigh in
