Yeah I'm not going to make my vacation goal... but screw it I'm going to wear a bikini anyway. I have a flat stomach with a small waist and my cottage cheese butt and thighs are going to be out there no matter if I'm wearing a one piece or two... Oh well one more month to get a little closer right?

I'm going to join in :) lately I've been weighing and recording everyday and its been really helpful. Right now I'm sitting at 143 and at this point in my weight loss I would be thrilled to lose 3lbs in a month!

6: 143.8(TOM ENDING) Whew! TOM is almost over, think today's the last day :p
7: 143.8-still weird TOM symptoms. Strange month. But glad the bloat is gone!

21: 145.4-it was a rough week :( I'm staying on plan for the rest of this month though! I WILL have a loss!

24: 147.0-Ok seriously getting depressed :( I was sooo good! yesterday I ate maintenance but that's the biggest "mess up" I've had! Sigh. If it hasn't dropped by Friday I'm going to lower calories.

26: 146.0-Lowered cals and upped exercise. Man, I hope it drops by Friday….

Just got back from my vacation and I know I gained and probably a ton too. The 1 pair of pants I brought with me to wear to/from the airport were much tighter on the way home :(. I'm going to try and be much more diligent in February and hope I get back to where I was pre-vacation. I'm not going to weigh myself until Thursday and hope I'm not as heavy as I think I will be.
