The muffin recipe I posted in Recipes #4 allows for many different unrestricted packets.
In addition, the ProtiDiet oatmeal is unrestricted.
You may need to buy some EAS RTD at different locations along the way since you're worried about packing in carry-on. That may be best-bet.
