I'll be posting pics of my progress and my treadmill soon. I started by doing interval workouts, then felt I was too heavy for the sprinting parts, then moved back to walking. I'm now starting a running plan. This week I'll be doing 6 min walk + 1 min run, three times and finish up with walking.
I always do 1 hr at a time. When I started, I was using the TM every other day, then I decided to move to every day. Now that I've started the running plan, I'll have to respect the every other day advice to allow my body to rest. The days I'm not on the TM, I'll be doing core training, because I haven't started that yet.
I started using my TM on 12/24/2013. As of today I have a total of 11 hours and 30 miles.
