HELLO WS-ers (if any of you are still out there )

Now that the holidays are here and we are fixing to get involved with food, food, and more food, what's your goals on sticking to plan...or how do you plan to deal with the influx of goodies?

Personally, I'm sticking to plan except on the actual days. If I don't allow myself a cheat on those days, well, then what's the point? I'd go nuts if I couldn't be "normal" for a day or two!

And, speaking of which, how is everyone doing?

Stage 1: Mini Goal 1: 265 pounds - complete 1/12/13; Mini Goal 2: 250 pounds - complete 4/17/13; Mini Goal 3: 225 pounds - completed 10/21/13
Stage 2: Moderate Obesity BMI - completed 11/26/13; ONDERLAND; Overweight BMI
Stage 3: work in progress
