toobigformybritches - Good job! I just finished Phase 1 and you are right - the physical changes are amazing! I feel 110% better than before I started SBD! I had been so tired and would nearly fall asleep around 3:30 every afternoon, but I haven't felt that way once since SBD! Keep on!

Just a quick hi then back to bed. My back is still out. I am doing good not smoking not sure about the eating I was at my Halloween goal but who the heck knows now Ellis hope you & dh get better.

Highlysung, I know... I know... I just CRINGE when I see my 14 year old daughter walking to school in the mornings. I just KNOW she's not paying attention. They're in God's hands. Or whatever/whoever the heck you believe in.

Den, we're a little short this week (you know THAT one!), and for the first time in YEARS it occurred to me to look at the bread prices when I shopped this afternoon. I am very proud of myself. I bought bread for $1.19 instead of grabbing the $2.69 loaf. You really wanted to know that, didn't you. Sometimes my fingers just fly faster than my brain.
