Wow, I'm the first one here today. It's been a long long long time since I've posted in this area. I did 35 min on the TM!!! Hopefully doing this today will help me keep it up for the rest of the week.

Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes lower body TBT.

almost 3 miles on the elliptical trainer
strength training circuit
It was fun, since it was a holiday I got to go with my sister and dad in the morning.
