I passed the bar exam!!
The summer of bar prep was also the very last beginning of a long weight loss journey.
I used weight lifting and running to cope with the stress. I ate well to nourish my body and my ability to learn huge amounts of information. And I lost 42 pounds while studying for the bar exam.
And I found out today I passed!
We had a party at work with lots of great food. And I told myself I could eat whatever I wanted. Cuz I passed the freaking bar exam! Didn't want the cake, the brownies, or the cookies. Passed on the bagels and the grapes. Had 3 slices of amazingly delicious pumpkin bread and called it a day. More calories, and empty calories, than necessary. But reasonable, and sustainable.
