recipe link and I tried it.. very good! I used Oats, Greek Yogurt, Chia Seeds, Blueberries, WF Maple syrup, and almond milk.

2 Boca Burger Patties (All American Classic w/ non-GMO Soy)
Dinner @ 6ish
2 Jumbo SmartDogs
1 T Heinz RS Ketchup
2 C Zucchini "crisps"
Snack @ 9ish
Chocolate Raspberry Bar
Today is rest day so no exercise
