I'd be interested in granola recipes too. I've never made my own, but I'd like to try!
I've been buying the Kashi granola. Serving size is 1/2 cup and I usually eat about half that, which takes it down to 110 or 115 cals, depending on the flavor. I also tried using trail mix in my greek yogurt instead of granola and found that it was reeeeelly good (I bought one with dark chocolate and dried cranberries), but it also led to cravings for more, more, more. So Kashi is still my staple.
