After yesterday's swim I'm going to reach for 100% POP, taking my vitamin daily and not using any extra WW points on this leg of my journey in the lifeboat.
I am armed with yogurt and cheese and lots of protein things for work snacks and lunch.
My goals:
I'm still vending machine free!
Vitamins daily
I'm lowering calories just slightly to 2000 even.
Still riding bicycle to work and will continue
i'm a little late, but for the next week my goals are:
-keep it under 30g carbs for the day.
-drink atleast 100oz of water a day.
-add an extra walk in for both dogs.
