I'm doing *mostly* the Wonderslim program, but allowing myself extra servings of fruits, veggies, or proteiny snacks if I'm legitimately hungry. Later I might have some cottage cheese or greek yogurt if my tummy is rumbly before trying to go to bed.
Out running errands alll day so once again not all food eaten.
This is getting bad
Wed 4/4
Breakfast was Nutrisystem cereal with 1/2 cup 1% dry milk
Lunch was a Protidiet Beef Soup with Noodles and a Protein Bar
Dinner was Lean Cusine Butternut Ravoili.
I need to get some WS food in but money keeps that from happening right now so I am using up my left overs with a little WS mixed in.
Hello Wonderslim users?
How do you know what optional items are okay to have. I see a lot of posts where people have other items like Healthy Choice Meals or similar.
I am starting this diet tomorrow and keeping my fingers crossed it works but I know I will get sick of chicken if that is all I can have for me lean and green meal. Thanks!
I don't know if there is a list anywhere, but most people are generally just judging the items by the calories, the intake (what nutrients, etc.), and the category [lunch, dessert, etc.] to substitute different meals for something more of their liking, or maybe even just to add in for a snack periodically.
