Week 4: for Judy
Weight: 180# (at home WI) Yay! I am so happy. The challenge is to keep this weight off, not rest on my laurels. Got on all days but one this week. Yay.

weight down
181# at home scale (no clothes) Yay! This is Friday and the trick is to keep the weight off over the weekend. I know people do it. I'm going to be one of those people!

my goal this week--drop the next pound

count pennies for 1200 calories and knock off this weight~
