Default Cooked meat in the fridge!

I was wondering if anyone knows if I can cook meat from the freezer and make 2 days of meals and keep them in the fridge.

The meat will be chicken breast, fish and homemade hamburgers. I want to cook them today Monday night and eat them tomorrow and Wednesday.

Thanks

When I cook a batch of meat or chicken I will often freeze them individually if I can't get to them within 3-4 days in the fridge... I do this for my daughter who is away at school, she has a serving of 4oz of protein when she gets home from school... seconds to defrost in the microwave... I do the same for her with spaghetti and meat sauce, rice and veggies, anything really...
