I just started MRC and this seems to be the place to go for advice.

What products should I but in advance of my first Friday meeting? I'm willing to purchase some of their products but I've seen many people shop at diet direct.com. What items do I need to get off to a great start. Thanks ladies!

Welcome, Travels! I believe you are required to do the multivitamin and fish oil (help me out here, others)... I got the multivitamin, krill oil, CortiTrim (stress), MRC-6, and the fat/carb blocker for when I eat out... it seems to work as long as you're not over-using the blocker. I also do the B6, B12...

I think it depends on the person on what you want to buy. I also buy my HNS from the center, it's just easier for me. After I reach goal, I may do the diet direct pink lemonade... not sure yet.

I also purchase all my items from the center. One is for ease and the other is because I buy 10 hns at a time and that makes it $10 a box. I haven't found anything on dietdirect that cheap. I guess they offer some variety from what the center offers though. I buy the MRC-6, phentatrim and cortitrim on a regular basis. They seem to help me, whether they do or not is a different story. I actually went without them for a couple weeks and my loss slowed, so that was good enough for me to continue them. I also have the fat/carb blocker for eating out when I know I don't have an OP choice on the menu. I do not use it ever time I eat out because I do eat out a lot.
Hope this helps some.

Thanks Ladies. The Cortislim and MRC-6 seem to be staples for everyone. I never eat out so I won't need the carb blocker. I just want to have everything I need to get this weight off. Thanks.
