I have been doing the Alternate Day Diet for almost 2 weeks. I've found it to be the least dietlike diet I have ever been on.
I cannot count calories - I simply cannot get that involved with it.
I have lost 5lbs in 2 weeks and am feeling good, in control and happy.
Intermiitent Fasting has some fascinating research and my fngers are firmly uncrossed - I suspect I won't need luck (unless I just jinxed myself
