I have to say I am quite frustrated today, the scale has gone up I have been sticking to Phase 1 except for the 4 mini oreos I had n Sunday night and 1 yesterday morning. I am drinking lots of liquids (water and DC). Any ideas why the scale is moving up instead of down? HELP
I feel the same way....I have been doing great....my DH fixed my scale and this morning it said I weigh the same...I weighed on another scale this morning too. It said the same thing. I am very discouraged but, I will keep on with it. Something just has to happen soon.
