L - leftover chicken thighs on rice
D - cooking light apple-stuffed turkey tenderloins, salad, bread
E - 23 mins bike trainer

Tuesday:
B - oatmeal, flaxseed, banana, walnuts, skim milk
L - leftover turkey, green beans, atkins bar
D - tomato chickpea chicken soup, slice of ww toast, spoon of PB
E - 20 min wog 2:30::2:30 run::walk
