Default Motivation has left the building

I really need to find my motivation. I have stopped exercising and I am having a hard time staying within my points. I am also having problems with keeping my journal, I never had a problem before but now I am forgetting it and those are the days I do really bad. Does anyone have suggestions that might help me find it again? I do ww at home and have been thinking that maybe an email buddy would help me?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hi Froggy, I have been struggling with the same 20 pounds for a few years now and just changed over to WW. I am new to program and still excited and would be happy to help. Do we have private messages on this forum or has everyone just turned off this feature? Don't want to post my email for the world. I think I left mine on, so pm me. Or post here again.

Hi Froggy- do you have a smart phone. If you can track mobiley by using a WW app, that would fix your journal issue. I always have my iphone with me, so whenever I'm going to eat something, pull it out and track track track.

In the past I have done well with weight watchers but the last year I have been yoyoing while using WW. It got way too hard to stay within my points and my cravings were awful, and I gave in to them. I actually sought out a different diet that my friend had loads of success on. I am into my 4th week and it is so much more controllable. Maybe it's time for a change of plan! I following a high protein diet similar to IP or lighterlife. It's expensive but so far it's the easiest thing I have ever tried. My cravings are in control and the weight is going. Good luck.

I wish those apps worked in Canada. You need a code up here, but they don't give them out here..because WW here is owned by cheap ppl. If I want the code to use it, I have to buy the online tools as well! crazzzy LOL.

I don't have an iphone so I use myfitnesspal website which has a great library of foods and when you enter them into you log they break down the nutriion so you can calculate your points. Another motivator for me is a new cookbook with new things to try.... Also planing portable snacks that keep me from eating temping foods just because they are handy
