I'm in as well! Had a good November and hoping for a good December as well! Between my Birthday, best friend's birthday, Christmas, and other related holiday parties, I'm gonna have to really focus to meet my goal!
5.5 pounds lost in Nov. Definitely not my best work, but it's OK.
Started Ease to 10K, a 10 week program that will have me running 6.2 miles by January 30.
I'm in! I've been holding steady and bouncing up and down about a four pound window (lose the gain, overeat again, lose it again) the past month, and I'm finally on a downward trajectory again. I'm going to be changing my plan in the next few weeks to seriously take the weight off in a speedier fashion, so I'm looking forward to that strictness and structure.
