Cut yourself a break. You made the decision to get back on the wagon, and that is the important part. For now, just try to take it one day at a time. It is hard to get caught up in our mistakes and beat ourselves up over it, but it isn't worth it. The past is done, so now you just have to make today count.

i am almost finished my second week (i am a returning weight watcher too).
i find small changes really help me.
i struggle with water intake.
so i sometimes tell myself that my main focus will be drinking X glasses of water.
or just one more than i had yesterday.

or walking - i tell myself i will just go for 10 minutes.
i can do 10 minutes.
more often than not, once i'm going i do more than 10 minutes.

i find with each mini victory, i feel proud and stronger.
and from those feelings comes the desire to keep it up.
snowball effect.

you can do this!!
