minidoodles- Way to go on the half-pound loss! 1,750 calories gone off your bum forever! Your deserts sound yummy. I am especially intrigued by the idea of diet red pop raspberry jello...hmmm. I have been searching for some good low cal desert recipes, because there is no way I will live the rest of my life without my deserts!
Yesterday walked 3 miles, day before walked 2. So I have hit my 5 mile goal for this week. Must up goal next week.
Suckered one of my friends into walking a 7 mile or so trail this coming Saturday. *muahahaha*

sorry i've been awol! i hurt my back and have been in major moping mode. on top of that i've been getting slammed at work and putting in crazy hours. BUT... i've been maintaining which im thrilled about. im hoping to get a short run or light tennis in this weekend- my first exercise in 2 weeks! im really looking for a strong week next week before heading home for the holidays. we can do it!

miniDoodles- I know. Michigan weather is no fun. Earlier today it was 55 and raining, tonight it's supposed to get down to freezing. *sigh* Is it March yet?
im starting back on exercising slowly. i played a light doubles tennis match ~2 hours Saturday and today I walked a couple of miles on the treadmill on incline. Nice and easy. How are you guys doing?
I Luv the holidays but whyyyy so much rich foods I keep yo-yoing A birthday party---no diet/healthy foods there...And a Christmas party over the weekend

dee just make the best out of the parties- eat before you head over, bring some healthy food to the party with you, and/or enjoy some of the rich foods just keep your portions small. we can do it!
