in order to get to know more about one another, anyone want to share their goals for the challenge? obviously we all want to lose weight and be healthier but I'm sure everyone has special goals they are aiming for...
My physical goals for the challenge are to get my 10k time under 1'15 (im a pretty slow jogger, a slogger
and to get as close to 155 lb as I can. By my birthday/cruise in the spring I would love to get back to 151ish which is where I was maintaining last fall after a 40lb weight loss.
Mentally/emotionally I want to try to understand how I gained back those 15-20 pounds in just 4 months and try to avoid repeating those patterns. I also want to make sure I'm still celebrating the things i HAVE accomplished, like maintaining a 20 lb weight loss for 2 years!
