I think a lot of people are busy with the holiday season - hopefully it is going well! Any numbers that were not actually entered, but were just copied over from the previous week are in red, so we can tell who has actually weighed in.

Hope everyone is having a great week. I met my goal for this month on Sunday (Merry Christmas to me!). Can't wait til next month when AquaZumba and regular Zumba classes start again.

Hope everyone is doing good and going strong on their weight loss journey.
I'm sad that i have to drop myself from the challenge but i'm super excited to announce that i'm pregnant and decided to take a step back from WL journey.

Hopefully next july after i deliver i'll be back on the wagon

Lesserme, congrats on the pregnancy!! What a blessing babies are.

I've had a major setback and am not sure what has caused it. TOM? Salty food? Lack of exercise? All of the above? I've gained every day for a week. Up over 8 lbs from my low on this journey! Today is the first day I haven't gained, but I didn't lose either. I'm off to exercise now, and hopefully I can turn this disaster around.

I am new to the board and would love to be part of a challenge. As i am a single mother and alone in my journey I would love the accountability of being on a team and taking part in the challenge.

I think this challenge is complete, but there are always new challenges starting up. Go to the top of this page and click on the link "chicks up for a challenge" and you will find plenty of others. I'm doing Atkins, too. The first four days are always the worst for me. I'm tired, cranky, and have wicked sugar cravings. Then, when ketosis kicks in, I lose my cravings, I'm not even hungry really, and I find I have loads of energy. Hold your resolve and get past it the first week. You will be on your way in no time.

Thanks zogo! One of the reasons I chose Atkins was to help curb my crazy sweet tooth. I am a candy addict and need a plan that really just nips those cravings in the bud!

I also use a couple other forums that are all low carb based. (I love 3FC, although there are people on many different types of weight loss plans)
I like forum.lowcarber.org and lowcarbfriends.com. I'm "zogo" on those forums as well, so maybe I'll see you over there, too. At my weakest moments, I find the friendship of others in the same boat really helps.
