Still here, still on track. Missed two classes at the gym yesterday, but made up for it today at my weight lifting session with almost 7 and a half tons of weight pulled, pushed or lifted. That's 16,475 pounds. 0.o

Also had a guy walk up to me as I was doing a warm-up set of squats and tell me "You are a very strong woman". Kinda made my day.

Huha- It is very nice to finally feel in control, in that way. Yes, I slipped up, but I did not let it keep me down, or spiral out of control for who knows how long..which is exactly what I would have done before. It's never nice to see other struggle, or slip up, however, it is great to know that you're not the only one.

I've dropped a little less than a pound since my last post..still working on the energy/exercise part. No excuses, definitely need to get my butt moving today. Hope everyone has a good day!

Hey everyone!

Let's see - we're on Day 26! I'm celebrating a few things today. 6 month anniversary being back on WW. 50 pounds lost total. Lots of positive, good things. Still here. Still going forward.

xheart - Definitely not the only person who screws up sometimes. As long as we just keep taking steps. That's all that matters. Grats on losing that almost pound! You'll get there

Kittenmancer
- Love that compliment you were given! That's awesome.

Huha - Super job being on plan! And yes, love Thai food and there's a nice little Korean place nearby to that restaurant that's also divine. But, I have to limit myself to it only every some-odd months. Or I'd way overeat! And that swiss chocolate you mention...

Day 26 went okie dokie. Had a great walk last night.

And we're onto day 27! It's a little rainy out, but I'm hoping it doesn't affect my mood. Just getting some breakfast and water and starting the day.

Hope all is well on Wednesday for everyone!

Lovely. Congratulations on the anniversary. Do you have a blog? I love reading people's blogs about their experience, what inspires, what worked, what didn't, etc? Of course, then I curse myself for spending too much time on-line .

I am doing well. I have been enjoying results on the scale because of my efforts (no deep fried food, exercise daily).

Kittenmancer - that is a huge number in weights. Very impressive. I just ordered Power 90 so that one day I can enjoy doing weights.

xhearagramgirlx - sorry I did not mean at all to seem to enjoy your slip-up. I agree it is nice to know that you are not the only one - we are all human. Good for both of us for getting back at it!

Hope everyone is having a great day.

*dunks head in some cold water*

Okay. I've had a miserable week and a half. I'm pulling myself together and getting back to basics.

Tracking everything. Daily Exercise.

We're already up to day 41, but that means I have a good 50 days to continue to do good things for myself. Good, healthy things.

Day 41 - Went well enough. Still no exercise, but I continued to track my food. Very proud of that.

I'd gained something like 5 pounds on the scale from my week and a half of "iffy" activities. Good news is that tonight I've lost about 4 of those pounds. So, I just need to keep at this, and get my butt moving for exercise.

Day 42 - Pretty good, still! Keeping track of my food.

Still need activity, and I want to go big grocery shopping this weekend to get a bunch of healthy things around.

The husband mentioned he wanted pizza for dinner, but I'm going to try and convince him not to order it. I really don't need a temptation like that around right now.

Day 46! HALFWAY through the challenge

I've stuck with tracking all of my food. I went out produce shopping, and have fresh fruits/veggies on hand.

The husband ended up getting pizza on Friday night... blah. However, I ate my grilled chicken salad that I ordered and only ended up having a couple pieces. The husband ate the entire rest! So no leftovers hanging around and tempting me.

Tonight: Trader Joe's. As long as the husband gets home from work early enough.

Day 47 today =)

I ate within my Points yesterday, got up on the treadmill for a few minutes, and went out shopping for a few things at Trader Joe's. I'm feeling much more on top of things!

Day 48 - So far so good. I didn't exercise yesterday, but I got out shopping at the grocery store today. I have many healthy things in the house, and am planning for a good rest of the week on plan!

Day 49 today!

Still no regular exercise, yet. But, I'm counting everything I eat.

I can see where some improvements need to be made. Such as making myself get up and get on the treadmill. And drinking some more water. And eating more vegetables. But, when it comes down to it, I'm still here. I'm still tracking. Those improvements will come with time.
