Shiratake Bowl using Miracle Noodles

7 oz **prepared Miracle Noodles per person
c Less Sodium chicken broth or water

Choose Your Fresh Raw Veggies
Bell Peppers (yellow, green, red)
Napa Cabbage
Bamboo Shoots
Water Chestnuts
Sugar Peas
Bean Spouts
Others you like

Choose Your Protein of Choice
Other Fish

Choose Your Sauce of Choice
Thai Peanut
Thai BBQ
Kikkoman Stir Fry
Black Bean
Others you like

Place veggies of choice and noodles in a bowl together.
Using a Wok or saute’ skillet, saute’ meat of choice 1st for a few seconds, then add bowl of veggies/noodles. Add cup reduced sodium chicken broth or water. Cover and cook 2 minutes on high. Add sauce of choice. Cover and cook about 5 min or until veggies are of desired tenderness.

**Prepared Miracle Noodles
Open package and place in colander. Rinse with cold water. Cover with ice water for 2 min. Drain. Boil noodles for 5 min. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Drain.

Kikkoman (Preservative Free) - Stir-Fry Sauce, 3 tbsp (17g)
