I KNOW THAT IT IS HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to KEEP PUSHING! The first week feels HORRIBLE but you will get better I PROMISE! You just have to trust yourself to push hard and get through it, and trust us when we tell you this is the worst part AND IT WILL FADE!!!!!!!! Keep going, we are rooting for you!
Melissa-I work out on a rug in my living room, I could do it on wood (we have hardwood floors) but I work out so early I don't want to wake everyone in the house lol!

! The space you have should be fine, and the carpet really doesn't effect me. Like I said I workout so early (545am) that I have to do it on my rug so I don't wake DS, DD, and DH lol! I think that it would be a great idea to work Insanity in to your running. I would consider actually doing a full round of Insanity at some point too. It has really helped my running abilities for sure! I hope that you do join us, we are an insane bunch and we love digging deeper! Keep it up
