We're having WW calzones tonight, not cauliflower pizza but you asked question about sauce. I typically mix (all measurements are approximate) one can of tomato sauce with one can of crushed tomatoes, about a 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning, 2 tbsp parsley, 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese and simmer it for a few minutes, the longer it simmers the better it tastes and I generally make it the day before if I know I'm going to need it.
